Rally Sign-Making Guide

New Mexico Unidos: Common Ground – Rally to Keep Public Lands in Public Hands

March 7, 2025 from noon – 3 pm at the New Mexico State Capitol

Effective Sign Tips

  • Keep it brief: 3-5 words is ideal for quick readability
  • Make it bold: Use thick markers and high-contrast colors
  • Size matters: Letters should be visible from 20+ feet away
  • Weather-proof: Use cardboard or foam board rather than paper, plan for wind!
  • Two-sided: Create signs viewable from both front and back
